An innovative game experience

What is Operative Games?

Operative Games is a groundbreaking Alternate Reality Game experience that lets users interact with lifelike AI characters in a stylized version of the real world. These AI characters respond just like real people—call them at 2 a.m., and they’ll be genuinely annoyed you woke them up!

What do I need to play?

All you need is a personal mobile device to jump in and start playing. To get started, you’ll register as an Operative Games user with a valid email and phone number—this is how we’ll send you mission updates and game info. You’ll also need a registered Zoom account for video calls with in-game characters (yes, they love face time).

Can I play for free?

Yes! There’s a free trial demo you can play to get a taste of the experience. You’ll need to enter a credit card to access it, but don’t worry—you won’t be charged unless you decide to continue with the full subscription.

Getting Started:

Step 1: New User Registration

  1. Go to (https://signup.operativegames.ai) to create an Operative Games user account.

  2. Click “Register”.

  3. Fill out the form, all fields are required. And click “Submit”.

  4. Note down your password. You will only need it only to make updates to your user profile and connecting to Episode 1. Your phone will get you into the game.

Step 2: Linking your Zoom account

  1. Once registered, you will be directed to a Player Dashboard.
  2. Click the “Link Zoom” button, a new tab will open redirecting you to a Zoom page to authorize and allow Operative Games to store your Zoom Access Token. Click OK. If successful, you will get a success page.
  3. Close the Success page tab.
  4. From the Player Dashboard, the “Link Zoom” button will be grey, indicating that this action is complete, and the “Unlink Zoom” button should be RED, indicating that this action can be performed if required.
  5. That’s it, your Operative Games registration is ready for use.

Step 3: Starting the game

  1. Go to https://operativegames.ai/login.
  2. Login with the email you used to register with Operative Games.
  3. Follow the screen prompts to proceed to episode 1.

Unlink your Zoom account

  1. There is no mobile app (Operative Games or Zoom) to uninstall.
  2. To unlink your Zoom account from your Operative Games account:
    1. Go to signup.operativegames.ai.
    2. Login with your Operative Games credentials.
    3. Click on the UNLINK Zoom button. This will remove your Zoom access token from your Operative Games user account.

What is Operative Games?

What do I need to play?

You can play using any and all of the following channels, Zoom, phone, SMS, email.

You will need to provide an email address, a registered Zoom account for web conferences, and a phone number to use for voice and text.

Can I play for free?

There is a free trial demo version.  You will be required to enter in a Credit Card, but it won’t be billed unless you continue on with the subscription version.

    • a valid phone number that you will use for voice and text interactions
    • A valid Email, that is registered for Zoom web conferences and sending and receiving email messages.
